Q-Web Spin is a smart vending machine for smooth delivery of work gloves, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other consumables.
Ensure that staff always have access to the right protective equipment and consumables. Q-Web Spin provides a high level of service to the user as the items are always available 24/7 every day of the year. Your employees can easily, controlled and safe collect items 24/7 without any storage personnel are needed.

USE

The user logs in with their ID card and selects the item on the display. Dispatch takes place and the user picks out the selected item through the front cover. Withdrawals from Q-Web Spin are registered in Q-Web^® where the balance is settled. With RFID-marked items, these are scanned before withdrawal and registered in Q-Web^®. The available item balance is updated. User frequency and statistics are available via the user-friendly web interface Q-Web^®. By adapting the information, there is every opportunity to optimize Q-Web Spin at the right time and with the right articles.

SAFE, EFFICIENT AND PROFITABLE

Smart PPE dispensing ensures that your employees get the right items in the protection class which they should have. You are not allowed to pick out articles for which you do not have permission. Q-Web Spin ensures that supply and consumption are optimized in an efficient and profitable way.

HIGH CAPACITY

The capacity of a Q-Web Spin is about 1200 pairs of protective gloves and refilling new gloves is a very simple process. Q-Web Spin contains 10 silos, i.e. storage spaces, where the items are loaded by stacking them on top of each other. Each silo can be customized to the size of the items.

SMART AND INGENIOUS

Through the ingenious design and logic of the vacuum picker, empty deliveries are prevented. We adapt the machine to your existing access control system, which minimizes administration. Should something unforeseen happen, our support is always available to help, every day of the year 24/7!
