Our support team is staffed 24h a day all year round, so that you as a customer and user will feel confident in being able to focus on your own core business. Our mission is to ensure that the systems are operational at the times that are agreed. Through remote monitoring of all deployed systems, we can largely avoid operational disruptions without impact on your business.

The support team helps with everything from IT set up during installations, training of users, article optimization, production of statistics and correction of any errors. We are also responsible for service agreements, planning of service assignments, interval service and sales of accessories and spare parts.


Our recommendation is to appoint a so-called “Super-User” in those places that have a deployed system. A Super-User is specially trained by our support team and then assists the daily user when questions arise on site. In this way, unnecessary handling errors are avoided and the system gets a stable daily operation.
